​Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email (Please check your junk mail box as this can sometimes be sent to that)

All items are made to order and will be sent out once completed. This can take up to 3 days to make.
Once your order has been posted and delivered you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

All  UK items are delivered by Royal Mail and will be sent by Special Delivery. I will send a tracking number once the items have been posted.

All Isle of Man items are hand delivered. If you'd like an item delivered in discreet packaging, please state in the notes box when placing your order.

For International delivery please contact me directly to discuss delivery fees as prices may vary.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or don't arrive at all, please contact me as soon as possible.

Unfortunately I can't be held responsible for items lost on route. By selecting the delivery options you agree to my terms that lost items can't be replaced or refunded.
