R E T U R N S:

To return an item please email rem-designs@outlook.com (within 14 days of purchase) with your order number and the reasons for the return. I will then send the return address and any other information needed for posting. 

The items must be unworn and still be in the same condition as you received them.
I am unable to accept returns on commissioned pieces and earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

R E F U N D S:

I will notify you when I have received your items and you will receive a refund within 7 days.  It will take a number of days for the money to appear in your bank account.

It is advised that items are sent by special delivery as you'll be held responsible for anything lost in transit.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S:

If you need to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible. Items already posted can't be cancelled but can be returned once received.
